There are 90 professionals in ODL. They include coaches, researchers, doctors, and engineers. We know that our greatest resource is our professional and motivated personnel so we invest in an excellent employee experience. We are a financially sound, responsible, and reliable employee.

As a volunteer, you bring good things to the recipient, yourself, and the community around you. Through volunteering, you gain experiences of meaningfulness and inclusion, and your skills strengthen. Your skills and the help you provide will find their way. You can find different ways of volunteering with us. We provide the training for the assignment you want. You receive continuous support and guidance from our employees. In addition, you are able to participate in joint recreation events. 

Places of work-based learning and interesting topics

We offer students interesting internships and concrete thesis topics. We take in dozens of trainees a year to learn and support our customers’ daily lives.
